What we collect
When you join early access, we collect your email address, consent status, subscription timestamp, IP address saved by Sendy for double opt-in proof, UTM parameters, referrer, landing variant, and interest level.
Why we process it
We process this data to confirm your signup, send early access updates, measure which validation channels work, and manage unsubscribe requests. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Processors
We use self-hosted Sendy on EU hosting and Amazon SES in the EU region for email delivery. We do not sell or rent your data.
Retention and rights
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or consent withdrawal by email. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
